Runaway
While the boy ran away from the serial killer, blood dripped
from his fresh new cut across his left leg he screamed
in pain. Quickly, he ran in the dark, across the countdown
parking lot a trail of blood followed behind him. Nervously,
he ran through the alley, trying to get away.
He ran down the train way on the train track
and a train was around the corner and then he ran
off the train track but the serial killer decided to stay
on in and !crash! Red as a rose pure blood splattered
everywhere and all on his face and ripped clothes. He
walked the lonely and quiet street’s back home and said
what a day. There I go back home.

Preserving Meat
The past weeks we have been doing a blog post on how to preserve meat so we know how to make meat last longer.
Freeze Drying Meat
Aim : The aim is to freeze dry meat so we can preserve it.
Prediction : We predict that freezing drying the meat will remove all the juice and moisture from the meat.
Equipment :
- Refrigeration System.
- Vacuum System.
- Control System.
- Product Chamber or Manifold.
- Condenser.
- Deep Freezer
- Cookie sheet
Method
We are going to freeze dry the meat by putting it in a deep freezer and putting the food on a cookie sheet and placing it in the freezer. Make sure that it has no favouring it is or oils. It might take 6 hours or a whole day.
Process ( Instructions )
Get a cookie sheet.
Get your meat and place it on the cookie sheet.
Then place your meat ( That's on the cookie sheet ) into the deep freezer.
Prediction
I think that it's going to be frozen and make it last longer so it won't mould and you don’t have to throw it out.
Results
The results are the meat is frozen and it will last longer even when you keep it in the freezer.
Discussion
We say that it will freeze and stop it from getting mouldy so fast.
What is the point of freeze dry? : The point of freeze drying is to preserve it so it will last longer.
How does it stop it from getting mouldy so fast? It's frozen. like pausing time but freezing meat.
