drama Maui and the fish tableaus

Hello this term in drama we have worked on tableau's.  I was in a group with Jhonas, Phoenix, Isabella and Sophie. one thing that worked well during the tableau's we could work together and make tableau's without any arguments or disagreements it was just overall fun and amazing to work with others. If I could change the tableau and do something differently I would make more expressive facials while working with my group.  In the first tableau we have great levels cause everyone was at a different  height and we were all in character Jhonas had amazing facial expression of a person who was just rowing and rowing . In our second tableau my favourite part was Jhonas and my role. I loved making the face and getting into the position. It brought so much life and craziness to the stage. I also like the physicality in the second tableau. we where all in different shapes and positions and  we all had amazing facial expressions. I really love the physicality and the work we put into the second tableau. To be honest our transitions were not at all good and were so off. I could say that the one thing that did not go well was the transitions but we gave it a go so we did it sorta. I really enjoyed doing the task and making tableau's it was so fun and it made drama so much fun and exciting. If I could do this again I would work with different people and work on my transitions. Over all I really enjoyed this task and I really liked the physicality in our group.

yeast can make carbon dioxide and yeast is also found in your beer or wine. if you have yeast and yogurt to gether before going to have a beer can cause you to not have a head ack in the next morning but yeast also can cause you to have an hangover as well.

yeast has been used for hundreds of years by Egyptians and more.

acid

what is an acid? acid is s liquid that has a ph  of between 1-7. it tastes sour and is used in batteries and in our stomachs.

what are 3 examples of acids? lemons - citric acid.  vinegar - acetic acid. batteries - sulphuric acid.

what is the most famous indicator ?

red cabbage indicator experiment.

materials

1. red cabbage

2. beaker

3. Bunsen burner

4. pipette

5. sodium hydroxide pH 12

6. hydrochloric acid

7.  test tube

8. power towel

9.test tube rack

10. water

11. fabric softner

12. toliet cleaner

13. floor cleaner

litmus experiment

hello people , this week in science we have been looking at indicators and finding out the level and colours of the ph scale.  we did this by working in groups of 3 and using a lot of different materials.

 materials

1. red litmus paper

2. blue litmus paper

3. sodium hydroxide

4. hydrochloride acid

5. pipette

6. 4 test tubes

steps.

1. rip the litmus paper in half and put half in each test tube.

2. add 3 drops of hydrochloride acid to the blue litmus paper in tube 1.

3. add 3 drops of sodium hydroxide to the blue litmus paper in test tube 3.

4. add 3 drops of hydrochloride acid to the red litmus paper in test tube 2.

5. add 3 drops of sodium hydroxide to the red litmus paper in test tube 4

science experiment

today in science we have been working on a experiment on the ph levels and colours. This task was to make the rainbow out of sodium hydroxide, hydrochloride acid and universal indicator.

stuff you need.

1 test tubes

2 sodium hydroxide

3 hydrochloride acid

4 universal indicator.\

method .

1 take a test tube rack with 1 boiling tube at each end of the rack and 4 test tubes.

2 half fill the boiling tube at one end with sodium hydroxide.

3 half fill the boiling tube at the other end with hydrochloride acid

4 fill each test tube with 5 drops of universal indicator

5 using the pipette you will add drops of the acid or alkaline to the test tube to make colours of red orange yellow green blue violet
